Remuneration: R14000- R18000 per month Cost to company

Previous skills and experience:

Coordinating diary and making appointments for various meetings.
Organised approach and excellent time management skills.
Proven work experience as a personal assistant.
Priority stetting skill – able to manage time, tasks, tools and output in order to determine deadlines.
Above average expertise in the entire Microsoft Office suite, i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Office or Business Management diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Strong telephone etiquette
Ability to work within an established team.
Resilience – maintaining composure and dealing effectively with stress.
