Description :

Receptionist’s daily tasks will involve:
Meeting and greeting clients
Booking meetings
Arranging couriers
Keeping the reception area tidy
Answering and forwarding phone calls (take phone off and put on night mode)
Screening phone calls
Sorting and distributing post
Update attendance register daily and ensure tag system is obeyed
Greeting staff in the mornings by name and with a smile
Offering clients tea, coffee or water
Getting interviewees to fill out an application form
Data capturing at times
Leave forms for those people not in to be filled out,
Personal assistance to directors, ordering lunch for directors
Print call time reports three times a day for sales manager
